Ruth Kearns Wollmann PhD, PCC’s Post

I’m hugely excited to share that my next podcast episode is live! My guest is Delphine Donné — VP and General Manager of Logitech's Personal Work Solutions and one of just 29% of women in tech who reach executive level. She's one of the most grounded leaders I've spoken with.  And one of the most candid about what it costs to get there. We talk about: • The career moments that tested her • The insight that transformed her business • And the three things she'd tell any leader building a long career Here’s one that hit home: "𝘉𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢 𝘴𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘵. 𝘐𝘵'𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘫𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘺 — 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘱 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘢 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘱𝘩𝘢𝘴𝘦." Trust me, you’ll want to listen to this! Congratulations Ruth Kearns Wollmann PhD, PCC! I really enjoyed this podcast. Insightful and very inspiring. 👏

I absolutely agree. Careers are not a sprint. And rarely a straight line, either. What may look like a detour is just part of the path. Nothing is lost, because we bring everything we’ve learned with us into what comes next.

Hearing Delphine speak so honestly about the real challenges makes this episode a standout. I’ve found those tough moments often shape the best leaders in the long run.

It was a pleasure to host you at Logitech! Thank you for this enriching conversation.
