This is where it gets interesting. Moving enforcement outside the agent—and even into independent hardware—is a major step forward. The next question is upstream of enforcement: What determines whether the authority for the exact consequence being enforced still stands now? If an authoritative fact changes after approval but before consequence, excellent enforcement can faithfully enforce either the right answer or a stale one. Determination and enforcement are different properties. Put them together correctly and we're getting somewhere. 👊⚖️
