Yesterday we rolled out our evolved Integrate cultural values and we are proud to put our customers at the center of it all. Surrounding and supporting their success are our five core values: Performance to us means driving our behavior by answering the question, “What can I do today to add more value to our customers and my colleagues?” It is also about finding the courage to be the CEO of our job, regardless of our title. Innovation is focusing on building long-term customer value while not allowing ourselves to get distracted by the ‘hot trend’ of the day. It’s also about feeding our own intellectual curiosities while moving quickly to bring new solutions to market. Happiness as a core value was inspired by the work of Eric S. Yuan and the team at Zoom. Nothing gets us more excited than hearing the positive impact that we are having on the people that we serve. “Delivering Happiness” is our ultimate goal. Trust begins with the freedom to be the most authentic version of ourselves while engaging with humility as our default. Radical Candor is a core value inspired by Kim Malone Scott’s book.
