I love it! Years ago the development team at Fishery Products Int’l found that freezing crab meat/lobster in butter perfectly protected the meat from the effects of freezing. Meat remained succulent, tender and sweet! Which led us to develop a topping for fish and meat. We just called it Buttered Crab. One of those concepts that never made it out of the R&D lab for one reason or another. This concept “has legs”! As we used to say! Awesome to see this Darrel.

Nice looking product and container Jack ! Depending on the viscosity, we can provide a linear cup filler or even a piston filler depending on the lines speeds ! Let us know !
