How can property owners elevate the guest experience? One strategy involves enhancing amenities. Consider adding features that cater to different types of guests, like a hot tub, gaming room, or children's play area. For locations like the Cotswolds, providing bike rentals can be a draw. The key is to be creative and tailor offerings to attract diverse visitors. Adding unique features can significantly set a property apart. Is it time to rethink amenities to attract more guests? #hospitality #guestexperience #amenities #property #tourism

🎰 Las Vegas gaming revenue is rising even as tourism numbers keep falling. Nevada reported $1.22 billion in gross gaming revenue for August, marking a 5.5% year-over-year increase and the third consecutive month of growth. 💰 The Las Vegas Strip led the way, contributing $679.3 million, largely driven by baccarat performance, which surged 51% YoY. Meanwhile, the locals market saw a 1% decline, signaling a shift back to the Strip as a value destination. 📉 Tourism numbers tell a different story: August visitation dropped 6.7% YoY to 3.1 million, with convention attendance down 8%. ✈️ Air traffic also fell both domestically and internationally, impacting key feeder markets like Canada. 🚀 Despite these challenges, upcoming events such as the Las Vegas Grand Prix and major developments like the Hard Rock Las Vegas project are expected to drive future momentum. Local operators and the LVCVA are rolling out targeted campaigns and deals to attract visitors and reinforce the city’s value proposition. #iGamingNewsToday #iGamingNews #iGamingNewsUpdates #iGamingIndustry #iGamingBusiness #LasVegasGaming #GamingRevenue #TourismTrends #LasVegas #CasinoIndustry #iGamingTodayWorld

NEW TO THE TERM "DYNAMIC PRICING" IN STR?🧑🏾🏫 Imagine your Airbnb or rental property as a flight ticket. Would you pay the same price for a flight on Christmas Eve as you would on a Tuesday in February? Probably not! ☺️ Dynamic pricing for Short-Term Rentals (STRs) is essentially this concept applied to your property. Instead of having one fixed price, it's a smart strategy that automatically adjusts your nightly rates based on real-time factors like: 📌Demand: How many people are searching for rentals in your area? 📌Seasonality: Is it high season (summer, holidays) or low season? 📌Local Events: Are there concerts, festivals, or conferences driving up demand? 📌Competitor Pricing: What are similar properties in your area charging? 📌Days of the Week: Weekends are usually pricier than weekdays. 📌Lead Time: How far in advance are guests booking? ✅ Why it's CRITICAL for STR Revenue: Without dynamic pricing, you're likely setting a static price. This means: 📌You're undercharging during peak demand: If a major event comes to town, and your price stays the same, you're leaving a lot of money on the table that guests would gladly pay. 📌You're overcharging during low demand: If your price is too high during the off-season, your property sits empty, and you lose potential income. 📌You miss out on opportunities: A sudden surge in local tourism, a last-minute booking for a high-demand date – dynamic pricing catches these opportunities automatically. 💯 In short: Dynamic pricing helps you sell the right room, to the right guest, at the right price, at the right time. It maximizes your income by ensuring you're never too cheap when demand is high, and never too expensive when demand is low. DO YOU NOW GET THE LOGIC ABOUT DYNAMIC PRICING YOUR STR?😊 #STRSuccess #DynamicPricing #ShortTermRental #VacationRental #RentalIncome #RealEstateInvesting #HospitalityTech #MaximizeEarnings #AirbnbTips #HostLife #airbnbhost #VRBO #virtualdebandstayscohost
