Earlier this summer, QuietScore was been approved for OpenAI startup benefits, including $10,000 in API credits. Over the last couple of months we’ve been putting these resources to work on the research and validation system behind QuietScore OpenAI’s API infrastructure is helping us accelerate the research and validation system behind QuietScore, strengthen our coverage of Denver’s multifamily market, and prepare the platform for expansion into additional cities. The goal isn’t simply to build another AI-powered real estate product. It’s to create an acoustic intelligence layer that helps renters better understand how a building may perform before signing a lease. Thank you to OpenAI for Business for providing resources that help early-stage startups turn ambitious ideas into working products. For other founders interested in OpenAI’s startup resources, Build Hours, events, and information about available benefits, check out the link in the post #PropTech #Multifamily #ArtificialIntelligence https://lnkd.in/gDt8kMxN

🚀 Blacksmith Raises $45 Million at $550 Million Valuation Cloud platform Blacksmith has raised $45 million in a Series B funding round led by Peak XV Partners, taking the startup’s valuation to approximately $550 million. Blacksmith provides infrastructure for companies to build, test and ship software code. The timing is significant. AI coding tools are allowing developers to generate software faster than ever. But more code also creates a new challenge: How do companies test, review and deploy all that code reliably? That's where platforms like Blacksmith are becoming increasingly important. The fresh funding will support the company's expansion as demand grows for cloud infrastructure capable of handling increasingly AI-driven software development workflows. The broader trend is clear: AI may accelerate coding — but it is also creating a bigger market for testing, infrastructure and developer tooling. 💰 Funding: $45 Million 📈 Round: Series B 💎 Valuation: $550 Million 🤝 Lead Investor: Peak XV Partners #Blacksmith #PeakXVPartners #Funding #SeriesB #Startup #CloudComputing #DeveloperTools #AI #SoftwareDevelopment #TechStartup

𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝘀 $𝟭𝟯.𝟯𝗕 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 $𝟰𝟬𝟬𝗠 European "vibe-coding" startup Lovable closed a $400M Series C led by Menlo Ventures and the Scaleup Europe Fund, tripling-plus its valuation to $13.3B just months after crossing $500M in annualized run-rate revenue in June. It's one of the fastest-scaling AI-native dev tools of 2026, underscoring how much capital is still chasing AI-assisted software creation despite a broader "SaaSpocalypse" narrative. 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲: https://lnkd.in/dkUTRDMJ 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀: Massive war chest for R&D and international expansion; validates AI-native "build software by prompting" as a durable category, not a fad; strong revenue-to-valuation trajectory signals real usage, not just hype. 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀: $13.3B valuation on ~$500M ARR is a steep multiple that raises down-round risk if growth cools; "vibe coding" tools face open questions about code quality/maintainability at enterprise scale; increasingly crowded category (Emergent, Prime Intellect, etc.) raises competitive/differentiation risk. #B2BSaaS #AIStartups #VibeCoding #VentureCapital #Founders

We're giving early VC-backed startups $2000 in Merge Gateway credits to spend on any model they want. Gateway routes Claude, GPT and Gemini through one API, so switching to a cheaper model is a config change rather than a rewrite. You can see what each request costs as you go, which means the first real bill after the credits isn't a surprise. Apply if you're early and building on LLMs.
