This hits too close to home 😅 The tech hiring version: "AI will make interviews easier." Also AI: *raises the candidate bar so fast that prep time doubles*. The loop never ends — but at least the tools are getting smarter. We're working on the prep side of this at totop.app so at least candidates can keep up 🙌

We often say tools reduce workload, but in reality, they just speed things up. Work doesn’t disappear; they optimise it. By making tasks faster and easier, they clear backlog and create room for even more work to come in

Very true, at one point we all dreamed of it and now a lot of people are afraid of it

While it feels lighthearted, it also exposes the truth that AI right now hasn't made us absolute, but it definitely has made us overloaded with multiple roles and more work.
