We're so thrilled to welcome you to the groundbreaking of your very own Baker's Marketplace. Setting the bar for a grocery shopping and experience right here in West Omaha. I am grateful to share today's announcement with our local Bakers teams. Our new Bakers Marketplace represents an investment of more than $40 million and reflects our long standing commitment to Omaha and the surrounding communities. The new Bakers Marketplace will be approximately 99,000 square feet and is designed to be one of the most innovative stores we have here in Omaha, providing meaningful career opportunities for associates throughout Omaha and the surrounding area. We always say this, but we're not just building a store, we're investing in people and in the future of this growing. Community groundbreakings are exciting because they marked the beginning of something that will serve the community for years to come. It brings jobs, it brings access to nutrition. It's a place for people to build community. So we really appreciate what Bakers is doing for our entire region. Congratulations to all of you. I say it's official. We look forward to welcoming you back on grand opening day.
