Customer expectations continue to evolve, and technology is accelerating the pace of change. As I read BCG’s latest research on the future of marketing, I was reminded that successful transformation isn't about adopting every new tool. It's about staying focused on the customer while embracing new ways to create value. The organizations that will lead in the years ahead won't be those with the most technology. They'll be the ones that best connect technology, talent and customer insight. AI is opening new opportunities for personalization, efficiency and decision-making, but the fundamentals remain unchanged: 1. Listen to customers. 2. Learn continuously. 3. Deliver value. No matter how technology evolves, those principles remain at the core of how we create value for customers and achieve meaningful business outcomes. #CustomerCentricity #Leadership #AI #Marketing https://lnkd.in/gYWCzDbP
Appreciate you sharing! I host a marketers networking group and one of our members presented in the spring on how they revolutionized their marketing processes with AI. One of the lessons that I loved was about how you need to fix the process before you add technology. It was such a helpful reminder that technology is a tool, not a solution.
Exhibit 6. They put a brand intelligence layer between the data and the agents, and argue copilots only become company-specific once they're grounded in it. Ties back to the dealer question. Guardrails only travel if they're written somewhere the agents can read. Good read overall.
