Sophia Hetelekides and I are hiring! The past year at Farm To People has been a period of tremendous growth and we're just getting started. I've spent the past decade working in food supply chains focused on building a better food system. One thing I've learned is that the current system didn't happen by accident. It's incredibly efficient at moving products at scale, but that efficiency comes at the expense of regional growers, producers, and makers. Building an alternative takes expertise, persistence, and grit. We're committed to doing it the right way, not the easy way. We're looking for two buyers to help us further our mission to build a stronger regional food system by creating meaningful market access for farmers, producers, and makers, while helping customers better understand where their food comes from and how it is produced.
