Recently, we launched a partnership with Manning Family Children’s that has quickly become one of the most meaningful parts of my work. In operations, it’s easy to get focused on numbers, staffing, and execution. But partnerships like this are a reminder of why leadership matters beyond the business itself. I’ve watched our teams step up with pride knowing they’re contributing to something bigger than themselves, supporting children and families during some of their hardest moments. Grateful for the opportunity to build relationships that extend beyond our restaurants and into our community.
