For example, earlier this year, it announced RiskFM, an AI foundation model for fraud detection, anti-money laundering, and broader risk decisions across the entire financial crime lifecycle. Not only it covers multiple use cases from cards to real-time payments, it also is architected in a way that delivers high performance. However, what struck me yesterday was that none of that was discussed on stage throughout the day, rather unusual for a technology company's event, which typically includes several presentations on the latest product launches. Instead, the conversations were focused primarily on human, organizational, and operational side of fraud management.
