Thanks for this thought provoking article. All good lessons as you rightly suggest for transitioning from entrepreneur to successful operator. I'm actually coming at this from the other direction having been a successful operator in the CPG space for over 20 years and now embarking on an entrepreneurial journey. My goals in '24 include: 1. Adding - building a team of SME's who can complement my skill set 2. Thinking big ( in a controlled way) 3. Start with Core, but be open to ideas about the more to find what sticks. 4. I need to move from survive to thrive 5. It would be nice to have an abundance 😀 Key takeaway is success is what ever you want it to be - you can define your own goals Cheers !
