Love that this isn’t just hype or fear. AI is changing things fast, but focusing on how people can upskill and grow alongside it makes the conversation more hopeful and grounded.

It’s interesting that the fear was that AI would write all the code and put developers out of work. But if it actually makes building things much easier, won’t we simply come up with exponentially more ideas to build? That sounds like more work, and an entirely new world to explore.
