Here's something most operators don't realize about their own beverage data: it has value beyond their four walls. Suppliers will pay for anonymized, aggregated purchase and performance data because it tells them things they can't get anywhere else: - Which products are moving in which venue types - How LTOs perform against the base menu - Where white space exists in a market and how their brand might fill it - Wow seasonal pricing holds up against traffic patterns - Which staff training completions correlate with product velocity All that data lives in your POS right now. You're generating it every shift. Without the right infrastructure to structure and present it compliantly, it just sits there. Part of what we built with our Insights platform is a mechanism that turns operator data into a new revenue stream: compliant, transparent, and on top of whatever supplier program was already on the table. For programs built this way, supplier support can come in at 30% above what operators were previously receiving. If a beverage program "costs money," it's often because nobody's done the work to unlock what's already available. Once that changes, the whole financial picture changes with it.
