Just passed the Agentforce Specialist. This one feels different. Agentforce isn’t just about knowing the platform. It’s about understanding how support teams really work, how service flows can actually be optimised, and how to design experiences that make agents faster, smarter, and less frustrated. For me, this certification was less about ticking a box and more about leveling up how I think about AI, Data foundation, customer support as strategy, not just function.
