When Team Target comes together, big things happen. More than 10,000 team members gathered in Minneapolis, with thousands more joining virtually, for Target Together 2026. Across several days, we connected, celebrated our team and rallied around what’s ahead. This year’s theme, Win as One, brought to life what makes Target special: great people working together, learning from one another and turning one shared strategy into meaningful experiences for our guests and communities. Now, we’re carrying that energy forward into our biggest season and beyond. Check out Target Together in action: https://lnkd.in/gUC9tqcy #TeamTarget #TargetTogether #LifeAtTarget
Target, Listening to the people that are knee deep in it is your answer. But you will never listen
I love Target
Anything but actually caring about what YOUR team actually thinks.
Love that thousands joined virtually too. Making sure the folks who can't leave their stores still feel part of it matters a lot.
How many non-except TMs attended?
Too bad what I believe to be your discriminatory hiring practices left and still leave me seeing red every time I hear your name or drive by your store close to my house. So much so that it compelled me to make a creation of a jetliner that I feel accurately reflects who you really are.
Red is a great color. Very captivating. Especially when paired with black and white.
Hmm its Target!!!!!
Win as 1? Huh? A TEAM Wins together as a team. Here lies the problem. You have every business partner with their own agenda, group VPs with their own agenda, down to the district director who is more of a district deflector then director and that’s where the store director comes in. His/Her hands are tied because the HRBP runs HR, APBP runs AP, while the DD visits stores and promotes cross-departmental problems that the SD is supposed to sort out. Let’s not forget that the HR ETL with only 1 or 2 TMs at most, is given as much, if not more power than the SD because the HRBP and the DD are never on the same page. And then there’s the trickle down effect in the stores. Things might look good on paper at some small format, low volume store, but I can assure you there are so many underlying issues that Target is aware of but fails to ever address. Letting the DCs do whatever the hell they want is a huge factor… Sending twice the trucks, twice the size as previous year, sales are up 10% but let’s give them 500 to 1000 hours less payroll then previous year. And God forbid if the common sense factor is used. The population grows heavily in some areas more than others which is never factored in. I can go on all day.
