In today’s hybrid work environment, high-quality collaboration isn’t just a luxury—it’s a business necessity. That’s why we’re excited to share that the Cisco ThousandEyes Endpoint Agent now supports the Cisco Video Phone 8875, extending the ThousandEyes PhoneOS integrations already available for 9861 and 9871 models. By bringing ThousandEyes visibility to our premium PhoneOS devices, IT teams can now bridge the gap between device-level monitoring and network performance. Why this matters: • Faster Troubleshooting: Quickly isolate whether call quality issues stem from the device, the local network, or the path across the internet. • Proactive Insights: Move from reactive firefighting to proactive resolution, ensuring a seamless experience for your users. • Expanded Visibility: This adds to our existing support for the 9861 and 9871 models, giving you a wider lens into your collaborative footprint. Don’t just manage your network—assure your most critical business conversations. Learn how to integrate ThousandEyes with PhoneOS: https://cs.co/6047BGUAub
