Award-winning engineering curriculum from the Museum of Science, evolved from Engineering is Elementary (EiE) for preK–8
About us
YES expands on EiE to support engineering education for grades preK–8 through research-based curriculum, educator professional learning, and ongoing research. Our mission is to educate the next generation of problem solvers and engineers, grounded in the belief that diverse experiences, ideas, and approaches strengthen engineering solutions and contribute to more equitable societies. We advance this mission through three core areas: • Developing equitable, classroom-tested preK–8 engineering curriculum • Preparing and empowering educators to teach engineering • Conducting research that informs K–12 engineering education YES is part of the Museum of Science, Boston’s long-standing commitment to high-quality STEM education for all learners.
