The Menil Library supports the reference, research, and scholarly needs of staff and outside scholars. Books, periodicals, and electronic resources focus on the art and artists represented in the museum's collection, as well as general and fundamental works on the art movements and allied disciplines that contextualize them. The Library is a highly specialized component in the larger universe of Houston-area art research resources.
