2025

Was a non-roster invite during Spring and began the season with Double-A Frisco (Rangers), going 4-3 with a 2.44 ERA (15 ER in 55.1 IP), 0.98 WHIP, opponent .164 AVG, 22 walks and 70 strikeouts in 12 starts...Named the Rangers organization Starting Pitcher of the Month for June after going 2-1 with a 1.64 ERA (four ER in 22.0 IP), 0.91 WHIP, opponent .160 AVG, eight walks and 21 strikeouts in four starts...Promoted to Triple-A Round Rock on July 1...in three starts (four G), went 1-1 with a 5.19 ERA (10 ER in 17.1 IP), six walks and 17 strikeouts...Acquired with LHP Mitch Bratt and RHP David Hagaman from the Rangers for RHP Merrill Kelly on July 31 and assigned to Triple-A Reno...Limited to four starts with Reno after landing on the injured list (sprained left shoulder) on Aug. 26 and missed the remainder of the season.

2024

Pitched for three Rangers affiliates and established career highs in every major category, combining for a 9-5 record with a 2.29 ERA (27 ER/106.0 IP), 148 strikeouts (12.57 SO/9), a 1.00 WHIP and a .196 (75-382) opponent batting average in 23 games (19 starts) between Down East (A), Hickory (A+) and Frisco (AA)…Led all Texas farmhands in strikeouts and ranked among the leaders in wins (tied for third) and ERA (fourth)…His 12.57 SO/9 figure was seventh-best among all MiLB pitchers with 100 or more innings pitched…Began the season with Down East and was tied for the Carolina League lead with 71 strikeouts when he was promoted to Hickory on 6/25…Went 5-3 with a 2.53 ERA (12 ER/42.2 IP) in eight starts for the Crawdads preceding his 8/20 promotion to Frisco…Finished the campaign with four starts for the RoughRiders, yielding just three earned runs in 19.0 innings (1.42 ERA)…Punched out a season-high 10 batters on four occasions: 5/9 vs. LYN, 6/13 vs. CHS, 6/20 at FBG and 8/3 at ASH…Went 5.0+ innings in 11 of his final 14 starts of the year, from 6/13 to the end of the season…Had reverse splits, limiting right-handed bats to a .164/.232/.270/.502 (42-256) slash line while lefties hit .262/.326/.365/.691 (33-126) off the southpaw…Ranked as Texas’ No. 21 prospect and named MiLB Organizational Pitching Prospect of the Year by MLB Pipeline following the season.

Made his professional debut for the ACL Rangers (Rk.) and Down East, totaling a 2-5 record, 6.86 ERA (33 ER/46.2 IP) and 55 strikeouts (10.6 SO/9) over 14 games (four starts)…Season-high six strikeouts on 6/29 vs. the ACL Angels in his final Complex League outing…Promoted to Down East on 7/4 and spent the balance of the campaign with the Wood Ducks…Season-best 4.2 innings pitched in start on 8/5 vs. MB…Posted a 6.17 ERA (eight ER/11.2 IP) in four starts and a 6.43 ERA (25 ER/35.0 IP) in 10 relief appearances on the year…Participated in Rangers’ Fall Instructional League program.
