Excellent experience. Jeff was very professional, thourough, and communicated everything very well. I have used inspectors in the past and Jeff far surpassed their services. I highly recommend him for home inspections. He arrived at 8 am to start the inspection. We were advised to arrive around 10:15 so he could show us what he found. Initially he explained how he performed the inspection and what the scope of the inspection included. Afterwards he walked me through the house showing me the defects that were notable. I had a few questions: where was the gas shut off, water shutoff, where were electric panels located and a few others. He explained everything in an understandable and practical manner. I really appreciate the technology and tools Jeff used. To check the roof he used a drone to capture different areas. Additionally, the report he generated was online and easy to use. The report included a summary section to easily identify items that needed attention. These items had a button that you could easily add to a repair list. I found this very helpful. Jeff was courteous, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Out of every home inspection I have had on 6 homes, he was hands down the best and I feel like worth every penny.
