 • 1. Boil jumbo shells according to the package directions. Remove from the water and set aside. • 2. In a medium bowl, add ricotta, parmesan cheese. basil, egg and salt and pepper and mix well until combined. Add 1 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and mix well. • 3. Stuff cooked shells with ricotta mixture • 4. In a 9x13 baking dish, coat the bottom of the dish with 1 cup of spaghetti sauce or marinara sauce. • 5. Add stuffed shells to the baking dish.
