Emily Osment and her husband, Jack Anthony, have called it quits after nearly five months of marriage.
Osment, 32, filed for divorce from Anthony, 42, on March 7 in Los Angeles Superior Court, according to court documents obtained by TODAY.com. She also listed their official date of separation as December 7, 2024, and cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split.
“I think with any big decision in your life, whether it’s relationships or work or whatever it may be, you have to firmly plant both feet in that decision. Ultimately, it didn’t work out," the "Hannah Montana" alum told TODAY.com in a statement.
Osment and Anthony got engaged in June 2023. According to E! News, she announced her engagement by sharing a photo of herself wearing a beautiful diamond ring on Instagram. The photo has since been deleted.

“This magical, beautiful, kaleidoscope of a person asked me to marry him this weekend. I did not know life could be this sweet or I could ever be this deliriously happy,” she reportedly captioned the pic. "I am so proud of the life we have built together and the people we have become over the last few years. This love is so big and so uniquely ours and I know it can do anything. I am so honored to stand next to you every day. I love you, Jack.”
The couple later tied the knot on October 12, 2024 and Osment told Drew Barrymore that her nuptials felt like a "party."
"It was a wedding but we bought all the elements that we loved so much about each other, and our friends and our family together. It really felt like a party, which was the best," she said on "The Drew Barrymore Show" at the time.
Osment also revealed how she met Anthony, saying she met the musician when he was dancing "like a lunatic" front row at a concert.
"I just pointed at him, like, who's that? And then I went over there and introduced myself," she said.
