The OnePay Debit Card helps you spend, save, and manage your money.

What You Can Do

With your OnePay Debit Card, you can:

• Shop in stores and online
• Withdraw cash at ATMs
• Receive Direct Deposits
• Save money and track spending in the OnePay app
• Access eligible cash-back rewards and benefits

1. Visit the OnePay Debit Card page.
2. Select Get started.
3. Enter your information and verify your identity.
4. Complete enrollment.

Once approved, you'll receive a physical card by mail. A virtual card may be available sooner.

Use your card anywhere Mastercard® is accepted.

• In-store: Swipe, insert, or tap to pay.
• Online: Enter your card details at checkout.
• Mobile Wallet: Add your card to a supported digital wallet.

Set up Direct Deposit in the OnePay app using your account and routing numbers. Eligible deposits may arrive up to 2 days early.

OnePay Cash Features & Benefits

Earn points on eligible purchases at Walmart and participating brands. Redeem points for cash back in the OnePay app.¹

No monthly maintenance fees or minimum balance requirements.

Eligible customers with $500+ in monthly Direct Deposits can receive fee-free and interest-free overdraft protection.

Additional Benefits

Eligible customers may receive:

• 3% cash back at Walmart on up to $150 in monthly spending with eligible deposits
• Early Direct Deposit (up to 2 days early)
• High-yield Savings with eligible deposits

ATM Access

Withdraw cash at participating ATMs. Some ATM operators may charge fees. Use the OnePay app to find eligible ATMs.

Lock or Replace Your Card

If your card is lost or stolen:

1. Open the OnePay app.
2. Go to card settings.
3. Lock or replace your card.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Replacement cards may take several business days to arrive.

Troubleshooting

Card Declined

• Check your available balance.
• Confirm your card is unlocked.
• Verify payment information.
• Visit onepay.com or call us at 1 (855) 830-6200.
