The Bureau of Reclamation just announced it will cut Klamath River flows 11% below the requirements of the Endangered Species Act to protect coho salmon. Only single digit percentages of Klamath coho salmon remain. The reduced flows will kill salmon. #ridgestoriffles#Yurok tribe
