I've been trying unsuccessfully to contact Butcherbox since 8/14. I keep getting disconnected, so I emailed. I got an email back saying my email was received, and a response would be forthcoming. The only response got was an email asking me what I thought of their service.- I require action on request 4683377
- My order came thawed and damaged on 8/13. No service at all!
