    I built 🐨 Kody to address all the frustrations I had with personal assistants. One of the best parts about Kody is it augments your favorite agent and encourages it to move from one-off prompt to deterministic triggerable code run in a sandbox.

    For those of you who don't know, those are not characters that have a special font, those are actual mathematical characters that are being abused to make the text look like it has a special font in an effort to be "cute." The screen reader is doing its job correctly.

    Tonight I got t-boned by a guy running a stop sign in a residential area going 80-100 mph. The seatbelt broke my collar bone and the airbags broke my front teeth. The dashboard trapped my feet and knees in the car for 20 minutes while they ripped the top of the car off to get me.
    Kent in a hospital bed with broken teeth and a broken collarbone that appears bruised.

    Please do continue sharing and reminding people in the thread that empathy is important. This isn't about whether screen readers/twitter should be fixed. It's about what the experience of people is really like today and that by using characters like these you're harming people.

    Unless I'm teaching you JavaScript fundamentals, everything I teach will be taught with TypeScript going forward. TypeScript has won, and it's only a matter of time you're using it whether you like it or not.
