    Today I signed the lease for my first art studio space. I’m 49. I’m done saying “oh, I’m also an artist.” I’m a speaker, author, entrepreneur and artist. You’re not 1 thing. Have the courage to unleash your many dimensions. Forget the whole niche thing. Do the you thing.

    Every single human has a creative impulse. Carl Jung compared it to hunger: We all experience it & we need to satiate it. For some it’s stronger, but we all have it. I burned out at 40 because I had denied this creative impulse in myself. Painting makes me feel more alive.
