    Great meeting w/our Environmental Stewardship Initiative members at the EPA campus in RTP! Thank you to our dedicated ESI Stewards for going above & beyond to protect NC's environment. Together, they've saved $125M, conserved 18.6B gallons of water & reduced 4.4M tons of waste.

    Recent rainfall has improved drought conditions in parts of NC, but we鈥檙e not out of the woods yet. Many reservoirs & groundwater levels remain below normal. Continue conserving water & follow local restrictions. ncdrought.org
