   Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

2. Differentiation Between Unread and Read Emails

   It is much harder to differentiate between unread and read email. The background color for read emails should be a higher contrast tot he unread ones.

4. Search by Subject & Folder

   I use Mail search almost everyday and the old Yahoo mail let me search by subject and folder. folder search is now gone in the new version. How do I switch back or get this daily used feature back ASAP?

5. Coming Soon: Default to "ALL" Instead of "Priority"

   I will often let Offers and Newsletters pile up for a while, then go through them all in one go. But, annoyingly, if I open a message from, say, the Newsletters view, then move the message to a folder, I get put back into Priority view - argh! It should return to the most recent view I was using (Newsletters).

   Provide more coloured themes, instead of resorting to just the monochrome ones.

7. The "Drafts" icon no longer shows the number of active drafts

   In the old version I was able to see how many drafts were currently in the Drafts folder.

   This is no longer possible for some reason

   Please fix.

8. Email view settings: Compact view

   Thanks for the new interface. however, it would be great to continue having the compact / comfortable space options to view email. this feature seems to have been remove and it now takes more scrolls to view email at a glance

9. Calendar Default View

   SInce your last Yahoo mail software update, my Yahoo calendar defaults to a weekly view instead of my desired monthly view. I see no option to adjust the calendar default view back to monthly. Please fix.

10. unable to move emails from sub folder to inbox

    i can move emails from inbox to a subfolder, but if i make a mistake i cannot move from a subfolder to inbox. drag and drop doesn't work nor does ticking the checkbox and clicking on 'move to inbox'. it doesn't work in standard or basic yahoo versions.
    This includes the spam folder which now has some emails incorrectly put there by yahoo's filters from my bank that i cannot move back to the inbox.

11. Right Side Panel (Contacts, Starred, Etc)

    There should be a way to remove the contact box on the right. This feature is useful when two windows (one is yahoomail) are displayed side-by-side. During these situations, window real estate is valuable.

12. Inbox Categories Options

    In playing with my email settings (and realizing I definitely prefer having the inbox categories disabled), I've realized that the option to presort/filter my mail with a quick button click is actually really handy. Here are some ideas for tweaking it to make it more user-specific.

    1. Please please please, let me set which filter I want as my default and/or allow the option to just go back to the last used filter. I hate that it keeps going back to the 'priority' filter.

    2. It would be nice to be able to select which filters I want being used. I don't get anything I would qualify as an 'offer' or 'social' in some emails, so being able to declutter that top section would be nice.

    3. Similar to #2, it would be nice to have a wider range of available filters ('unread' is the first one that comes to mind).

    4. Having the option to create a personalized filter would also be handy. Filter options such as email, subject matter, or keywords are the first things that come to mind.

    5. The priority filter would be more useful if I could mark emails as 'non-priority' or 'priority'. I don't care if the AI uses my input to determine whether something is priority, but without the ability to personalize what is considered 'priority' the filter is unreliable because I'll still have to go through the entire inbox to see if the AI missed anything.

13. Calendar Feedback

    Why have red/yellow green flag notations at all when they don't show up on my calendar page? And why can't I see all of events that I've entered onto a certain date? I use the flags to help find certain events when I need to remind myself of something. And I don't want to go through extra steps to view the whole day, regardless if was in the past or the future. In short, IMO, the current format sucks 💩.

14. Photos View

    There used to be an images or photos folder on the side that showed you all the images in your emails all together in a collage of thumbnails.

    It was a critical search feature to my work.

    Now, I know I can click on the advanced search function and click the "photo pill" but that does not help at all.

    Sure, it sorts out the emails that contain photos, but it does not display the images unless you click into each individual email, so you have no way of locating the picture you are looking for quickly or easily. You literally have to dig through your emails one by one instead of seeing all the images at once.

    Why would you take this simple feature away? It is impossible to search for a particular photo without spending hours now.

15. Microsoft Teams invites

    You had this feature before, but now I can no longer accept invites from Micorsoft Teams in my email. I have my email linked to my google calendar so the solution to add invites to my yahoo mail are useless. This would be one of the biggest reasons I may have to stop using yahoo if you guys can't fix this.

17. Moving inbox email to other folders

    HELP with this new email version.... I CANNOT MOVE any email from inbox to folders using either dragging the email to the box or using the ACTION box!

18. Scrolling through mail is jumpy as it skips emails

    Scrolling through email is impossible. I use the scroll wheel on my mouse to look through email as I use a pc. I can start at the top and after one or two short scrolls down it jumps down so I miss several hours of emails For example, my newest email came at 6:12pm today..After I get down to 4:20pm it jumps to mail received at 1pm without my even scrolling and when I go back up I see I missed 32 emails received. No matter how many times I go back to the top and try again it always happens. It's frustrating as I can't read what's in my inbox if it's going to keep skipping emails. This never occurred in the old format. Something is wrong. Maybe you make this version for phone and not for pcs? Then you need to offer two separate versions, one an app and the other a web based service like old mail.

19. Send Button in Long Thread

    In the new email, if I'm in a long thread, I have to scroll way way down to get to the SEND button. Can't you put it on the top? THAT would be an improvement.

20. Search Emails by Keywords

    The new Yahoo Mail version does not allow you to search emails by keywords as the previous version did. This is an important feature which needs to be added back immediately.
