There is an effort as in this case the options will have to be
implemented. Besides the same discussions to be re do again about the
same issues.

These persons should have voted yes for 5.6 as the state is the same
as it is now (by the time of voting). And the time frame to fix the
few gotchas will be pretty much the same as well (2-3 months max).
