jQuery code:

                $.get("CallBack.Aspx", { asd: asd }, function(data) {    
                    $.each(data, function() {    
                    })
                })
            })
        })

I need menuitem in values how to make ?

"menuitem": [
      { "value": "New", "onclick": "CreateNewDoc()" } ]

$.getJSON() fits probably better.

After that,

$.each(data.menu.popup.menuitem, function(i, v) {
    //Your code here
});
