After using hostinger website builder to build my website, can I get to access the source code later to do whatever I want to with or I'm stuck to modifying it only on hostinger?

    You can always download the page(s) in your browser. But I don't know if you could then upload a modified version of the page.

    You can clearly download the HTML and the Javascript they use -- that's exactly what every browser does. If they're using backend PHP or Javascript, that won't be available.

    Please think about this: if you really think you need that source code, it suggests that you probably don't need any Website builders. You could much better develop your pages, using all the power of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and whatever you use on the server-side...
