I have a pivot table that returns the min of a date per category . Can I have a calculated field that works like this: date - Today
I tried a calculated field but couldn't select the min of date to then minus () Today....

Pivot tables can't use a formula such as Today() in their calculated fields. So what I would recommend is adding a column in your table that has today() for the rows, then you can use that column to subtract from instead of the today() function, which should workaround this excel constraint.
