I accidentally unplugged my Mac and then it sent me to Windows 10 using Bootcamp. Now I'm trying to hold Opt so I can switch back to macOS but that's not working and it's showing me "Automatic repair couldn't fix your PC".

If I recall correctly there was an option inside of windows that would allow you to reboot into macOS, if you check near your windows clock for additional applications running there should be something there that deals with bootcamp, in that there was a reboot to macOS if I remember correctly, been a bit since I have used boot camp tho.
