This is quoted on p. 441n1 of Dufieux, Nature et virginité. He says it comes from "De Morbis Vulgaribus, lib. VI.", but I cannot find this among Perseus's Greek works for Hippocrates; I only see De morbis popularibus, which doesn't seem to be the same thing, as it only has 3 books.
