Director of Brewery Operations
A native of Houston who claims New Orleans as his home, Hector brings a diverse brewing background to the Caboose team. As a self-proclaimed lager aficionado, he's always looking forward to his favorite time of year, Oktoberfest. His blend of technical expertise and hospitality-first mindset helps keep every batch consistent, while still making room for adventurous seasonal releases.
Superpower: Able to eat a Carolina Reaper without crying

Head Brewer • Chief Barrel Aging Officer
Washington State native who started brewing when his wife gave him a home brew beer kit for his birthday. He has brewed at a number of Virginia breweries. He enjoys German Style Pilsners and Big Barrel Aged Beers. All around beer enthusiast.

A key member of the Caboose brewing team bringing creativity and passion to every batch. Known for pushing the envelope with unique hop combinations and playful seasonal recipes, Andy thrives on turning bold ideas into crowd-favorite pours.
