These Terms of Service govern your use of Dependent Dropdowns for Google Sheets™, a Codeprint product. By accessing or using the website or add-on, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Eligibility and accounts
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must agree for you. You are responsible for activity under your Google account and for keeping that account secure. Do not share access or create accounts in a way that circumvents account or plan limits.
The service
Dependent Dropdowns for Google Sheets™ creates and maintains cascading data-validation dropdowns from a flat source table. A configuration connects one source table, an ordered hierarchy of two to five choices, and either exact Form cells or a Repeating table area in the same spreadsheet.
You are responsible for reviewing configurations and results before relying on them. Changes to source data, sheet structure, permissions, or Google Sheets™ behavior may require you to update or repair a configuration.
Free allowance
Each Google account may create three configurations on the Free plan. This is a lifetime allowance; it does not reset monthly and has no cash value. Editing, repairing, pausing, resuming, and deleting configurations do not consume the allowance. Deleting a configuration does not restore an already-used creation.
Paid subscriptions and automatic renewal
Pro removes the limit on creating new configurations while the subscription is active. Monthly Pro is $4.99 per month and annual Pro is $29.99 per year, unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled. Stripe processes payments, provides billing receipts, and hosts the customer billing portal. You authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for each renewal, including applicable taxes.
We may change plan pricing or features prospectively. When legally required, we will provide advance notice before a change applies to a renewal. Failed or reversed payments may result in restricted or suspended paid access.
Cancellation
You may cancel through the Stripe billing portal available from the website account page or the add-on. Unless stated otherwise at cancellation, Pro access continues through the end of the current billing period and the subscription will not renew. Existing configurations remain in the spreadsheet after Pro ends; the Free plan's creation limit applies when you try to create another configuration. Deleting the add-on, signing out of the website, or revoking Google access does not by itself cancel a paid subscription.
Refunds
Refund requests are considered individually and approval is not guaranteed. This does not limit any refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived. To report a billing error or request a refund, email support@codeprint.co from the Google account associated with the subscription. Do not send payment-card details by email.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- evade account, Free-plan, or subscription limits;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the service as a shared product without written permission;
- interfere with, probe, reverse engineer, or overload the service;
- access another person's account or data without authorization;

Your data and Google services
You retain responsibility for your spreadsheet data and for obtaining any permissions required to process it. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Google sign-in, Supabase, Stripe, and other third-party services remains subject to the applicable provider terms.
Back up important spreadsheets and test dropdown behavior before using it in a high-impact workflow.
Ownership
Dependent Dropdowns for Google Sheets™ and its software, branding, site content, and service design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service as intended; they do not transfer ownership of the service.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or a material violation of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Dependent Dropdowns for Google Sheets™ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every spreadsheet, or that configurations will always remain correct after changes to a spreadsheet or third-party platform.
To the extent permitted by law, Codeprint and Dependent Dropdowns for Google Sheets™ are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post revised terms here with a new last-updated date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
