Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! SNUGGUMS (talk / edits) 22:10, 22 January 2026 (UTC)
- Please don't ignore the above notice; you often are still neglecting to provide edit summaries, and it would be beneficial to implement those much more frequently. SNUGGUMS (talk / edits) 12:57, 3 February 2026 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for February 6
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Eleanor Keaton, a link pointing to the disambiguation page Hollywood was added. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 07:57, 6 February 2026 (UTC)
Introduction to contentious topics
[edit]You have recently edited a page related to living or recently deceased subjects of biographical content on Wikipedia articles, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia's norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have an expanded level of powers and discretion in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practices;
- comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
- refrain from gaming the system.
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures, you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.

Weingrod
[edit]Please note that if I see you add anything remotely resembling your edit to the Herschel Weingrod article again, I will report it - which is very likely to result in a block. We do not under any circumstances cite questionable sources like Vitaly Zdorovetskiy's Instagram account regarding such matters. I suggest you read the Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons and Wikipedia:Reliable sources policies carefully before editing biographical material further. [edit]- This action is to get and keep your attention. Any further edits of that kind in violation of half a dozen Wikipedia policies will bring a lot more. I've removed your extended-confirmed privilege, since you have shown disregard for the responsibility associated with that privilege, especially since you appear to be focused on biographies of living persons. I started out with a block and reconsidered. You will not get that grace again. Acroterion (talk) 04:34, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Jc3s5h. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Virgo (astrology), but you didn't provide a reliable source. On Wikipedia, it's important that article content be verifiable. If you'd like to resubmit your change with a citation, your edit is archived in the page history. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Jc3s5h (talk) 17:53, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
Please do not add or change content, as you did at Bam Margera, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources to see how to add references to an article. Thank you. Rift (talk) 22:55, 22 February 2026 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have automatically detected that this edit performed by you, on the page Mica Burton, may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:

Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, Qwerfjkl (bot) (talk) 00:18, 26 February 2026 (UTC)

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits to Noel Fisher when you modified the page, you introduced unknown parameters. Just because you specify |some_param=some_variable does not always mean that variable will display. The |some_param= must be defined in the template. You can look at the documentation for the template you are using but it is also helpful to use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it. It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. Note I have likely fixed the error by now so check the history of the page to see how it was fixed. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance.

[edit]Please stop inserting birthdates and birthplaces into sentences whose citations do not support them. You have been doing this repeatedly for weeks.
Please stop repeatedly adding "suburb of" next to birthplaces when there is no context for it. The link to the city name is sufficient to tell the reader where the city is. Rift (talk) 18:27, 22 March 2026 (UTC)
- The suburb thing adds context so the reader doesn't have to click on the birth place. Chill. Orga8 (talk) 22:14, 22 March 2026 (UTC)
- Adding a birthdate without citing a reliable source is an unambiguous violation of WP:BLP policy. Expect to get reported if you do this. AndyTheGrump (talk) 22:21, 22 March 2026 (UTC)
- the source is from the info box Orga8 (talk) 23:59, 22 March 2026 (UTC)
- An info box is not a source. If there is an unsourced date of birth in an infobox, it should be removed, not copied into the article body. AndyTheGrump (talk) 01:26, 23 March 2026 (UTC)

Your edits are becoming disruptive. You have been warned multiple times about the need to use preview to check your edits, yet you continue to introduce unknown parameters into articles. You did this again at Reg Mombassa when you modified the page, you once again did this. If you continue your disruptive editing, you may find yourself blocked from editing. Please take the time to review your edits moving forward. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 02:24, 1 April 2026 (UTC)
