I've completed the story mode of Spider-Man Ultimate Power, and there's no way to re-play through the campaign missions: only Survival mode remains:

Goblin Chapter complete Sandman Chapter complete Venom Chapter complete

There is an option to 'Reset Game' in the settings, but I'm wondering if that resets all my unlocks and "1-time uses" of the Spidey suits, or just the campaign/story?

I'd like to avoid resetting my unlocks and upgrades if possible, as they took a while to get to this point:

Powerup unlocks Upgrades

I've also purchased a suit using the ISO-8 in-game currency:

Battle-Damaged spiderman suit

Will this suit also be lost if I reset?

Yes, you lose everything

For science, I pushed the button. RIP my game progress. As you can see I lost my unlocked suits 🫠:

Battle-Damaged Spider-Man suit now costs ISO-8

As well as my ability upgrades, power-ups, coins and ISO-8 crystals:

Abilities screen with 0 upgrades Power-ups with 0 unlocked or upgraded

To the developer's credit, the give you multiple chances to back out before resetting, and do actually explain what you will lose before hitting the button:

Are you sure you want to reset the game?
By resetting, you lose all progress, levels, items and credits
This operation cannot be cancelled or undone
