The wkhtmltopdf package appears to have a 10mm default margin. Because of this we started sending margin info directly to the wicked_pdf gem. At this point we need to remove the margin info in the PDF stylesheet to ensure that the margins are accurate to the ones specified by the user when they download their plan.
This PR also includes a change to the initial zoom setting for a PDF.
