Skip empty inputdata files for several other methods in plotMapLayer.cpp as alreadly done for PlotMapLayer::writeDataFile.

This is to avoid writing out GMT scripts with NaN values or null inputdata filenames for some plot parameters when there are actually empty inputdata files for PlotMap.
