If you’re seeing an ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR when clicking or tapping your password reset link, this means your device or browser is having trouble establishing a secure connection to our site.
1. Update your browser or device
Make sure you’re running the latest version of your web browser and operating system. Security standards have evolved, and updating ensures you can access all features safely.
2. Try a different browser
If you can’t update your operating system right away, try opening the reset link in a different current browser like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Firefox appears to work well with some outdated systems.
3. Check your computer’s date and time setting
If the date and time settings are not correct, it can cause errors.
4. Temporarily disable Browser Extensions
Some browser add-ons can block and / or interfere with password resets, including antivirus software and even password managers.
5. Use another current device
Try copying and pasting the password reset link from your phone, tablet, or another computer and paste into another current browser.
