• This includes changing global policy, nomination of users to be added to global groups, and other matters that require global attention.
• Issues about individual wikis should be directed to their respective forums/community portals. Issues about the Meta Wiki should be directed to the individual talk pages.
• Agenda point submission for the board should be directed to Talk:Board.
• Through proposals on this forum, the global and local wiki communities can exercise their reserve power, according to article 37 of the articles of association, to direct the board to take or refrain from taking specified action.
