It seems like all the rest of the data is still there, it’s just the Posts table that’s empty for some reason.

You'll have to download the .7z again, but I have confirmed that the file available now from the WebApps site is complete (and the checksum posted here has been updated).

There was an issue with this specific database in the new environment that has now been resolved.
