The Challenges pages load all posts (submissions) on a single page. Moreover, the submissions tend to be much longer than regular answers on the main site. Take this example; with close to 50 posts, it is really hard to navigate to a specific one.

These make navigation increasingly difficult as the content accumulates. We need to scroll over dozens of long posts. This is particularly hard when trying to follow up on an older conversation/submission.

Please implement pagination similar to questions and add some form of collapsible posts functionality for longer submissions.

This in principle is similar to this previous request.

While we wait for a better UI, I have written a userscript for easier navigation (link to StackApps post for more info).

This userscript adds a dropdown menu with a list of all posts (author, date, and a preview) so you can click and navigate to a specific post. Moreover, you can mark individual posts as "Viewed" and they will stay collapsed across page reloads.

Click to install with a script manager. N.B. I have only tested this with Tampermonkey on Firefox.

As a bonus, this also collapses deleted posts for folks with moderation privileges on Challenges.
