This morning, I got kicked out of the reviewers list for having failed two audit tests. As both cases are questionable, I have asked the question to remove those from the audit testlist.

To my surprise, a site moderator told me there would be no way to remove any entry from that list, although this feature exists on the StackOverflow sister site.

As poor review audit tests can cause people to be banned from site's features, I would propose the creation of a system to remove bad entries from the audit testlist. In order to do so, we can look at StackOverflow.

  • A "review test feedback" tool with up or downvote could be an extensible and flexible way to implement something like this. Commented Aug 4, 2025 at 23:20
  • "although this feature exists on the StackOverflow sister site." not really a "feature", but more of a "workaround", something like upvoting the post, downvoting the post, removing the red flag (if any), etc. Basically doing the reverse of why the post was picked as audit. Also poor review audit tests mislead reviewers about the standards held in the community. Especially new reviewers. I tripped over this, which got apparently deleted through a malicious, made up comment. Commented Aug 13, 2025 at 14:46
