Programmer Art[JE only] and the Minecraft Classic Texture Pack[BE & PS4 only] are resource packs that primarily use classic Minecraft textures from before the Texture Update. The name in Java Edition refers to the fact that these textures were created by the programmers of the game, rather than a dedicated art team - the term programmer art is common for referring to such assets in video games.
The equivalent resource packs are built into Java Edition and PlayStation 4 Edition, and the latter is available as a free download on the Marketplace in Bedrock Edition.
