The proposed business combination will be submitted to $CEPT shareholders of record as of May 11, 2026 (the "Record Date"), for approval at a special meeting scheduled for June 29, 2026, and, if approved, is expected to close shortly thereafter. Tokenised assets are entering a new phase of maturity. The same day, it tokenized $266 million of its own stock and deployed it on Solana and Avalanche. Securitize is the company that already runs BlackRock's BUIDL fund and manages $3.4 billion in tokenized assets across 650 funds. They did not wait for someone else to prove the model. They used their own IPO as the proof. This is the first listed company to issue tokenized shares on IPO day. One of the biggest features of this undertaking is probably that the Securitize tokenized stocks will be made available for weekend trading while the NYSE is closed. President Brett W. Redfearn: "tokenized IPO allocations directly linked to wallets are coming within a year." To me, this is the clearest move yet on where the tokenization thesis is headed. Not pilots. Not frameworks. A $1.25 billion company putting its own equity on-chain the same day it rings the NYSE bell.

Worked together with Tracy Isacke to sell the idea of making an acquisition in the VOIP space to the Telefonica board. The process took about 6 months and ended up becoming the backbone of the TU suite of services. Special thanks to Ronan Dunne and Matthew Key who had the vision to pursue what seemed like an audacious acquisition when we started the process.

Dear, William (Joowan) Cho, LG Electronics Channels isn’t just another app on our TV in Latin America anymore. It’s a FAST service free, ad-supported streaming that’s live in 33 countries, with over 4,000 channels available without needing a subscription. That alone is a pretty bold move, especially when you think about the big players like Amazon, Netflix, and YouTube, who still lean heavily on paid models. But this isn’t just about numbers. More than 600 brands worldwide use LG’s webOS Hub 3.0, a platform-as-a-service that lets other manufacturers beyond just LG deliver a consistent experience on their devices. That’s a smart pivot; LG is moving beyond hardware and stepping into the platform game. It changes the rules a bit. What caught my attention is how this FAST model rides the wave of shifting viewing habits. People want quick access, no barriers, and a broad variety. LG taps into that with solid content partners like BBC Studios, NBCUniversal, and Fremantle, plus sports channels like FIFA+ and DAZN. Sports always pull in the crowds in Latin America, so that’s a savvy inclusion. Still, I can’t help but wonder if this ad-supported approach can really keep pace with companies pouring billions into exclusive shows and tech. Time will tell. At the end of the day, LG is playing a different game. And honestly, it’s worth watching even if it’s not the usual story we hear about streaming giants. Could LG Channels win over the new generations in Latin America? Yes. By integrating WEBTOON, VTubers, and content from K-pop groups like BTS (HYBE | Big Hit Entertainment) and BLACKPINK (YG ENTERTAINMENT), But it doesn’t stop there, LG Channels will position itself as a fresh and vibrant platform that connects global culture with digital entertainment, capturing the attention of young audiences beyond traditional TV.

Last week we shared that ZaiNar had emerged from nine years of stealth. Today we’re sharing what we built. We’re announcing commercial availability of the first 5G location system that delivers sub-10cm accuracy using only the connectivity signals devices already transmit. Ranges up to 1.5 kilometers. Zero additional battery drain. No device software required. Here’s why this is a big deal for the telecom industry: carriers have invested billions in 5G infrastructure globally. With ZaiNar, those networks can now deliver highly accurate positioning services across every connected device - dramatically increasing the utility and ROI of those investments. Location services can be worth more than the connectivity itself. Our technology uses SRS - the connectivity signal every device transmits to maintain its network connection - and processes it at the network level. The result is sub-10cm positioning that works indoors, outdoors, through walls, on as little as 10 MHz of spectrum. This turns 5G from a faster pipe into genuine infrastructure for Physical AI - and it’s deployed and operating today across healthcare, construction, logistics, and smart cities. Further Partnerships and Incrementality are Critical...To date, UBER and LYFT have looked to participate in the emerging AV landscape via partnerships with AV tech companies. Here, UBER and LYFT are aiming to leverage their network of riders to provide higher AV utilization as well as fleet management capabilities, and in turn drive better returns for AV tech companies and AV fleet owners. From a consumer perspective, given the still long road until AVs reach critical mass, rideshare companies also provide users with the optimal mix of AV and human driver availability and minimize pickup times and maximize coverage area.
